hi dove lovers here i have what i called my Dover Crew ,

here it comprise of my crew here @ Dover Computer College 

i believe i cant do things alone so i ve brother and friends to help me out with my magics,

 HE IS A 10yr old boy in pry 5 class, of his early stage in education i can rest assure you of his editing is one of the best ever out of my trained student, he is my jnr bro, FULLNAME: AKINYELE ADAM TOMIWA.

so if i may say you are out of secondary school, out of polytechnic NDII, OR SERVING YOUR COUNTRY AND YOU DON"T KNOW WAT WE CALL MICROSOFT, you are far behind this man standing up there boldly in his (th year birthday suit. if you dont belive come and see for yourself.

The computer and its part.

WHAT IS COMPUTER

1.      A computer can be defined as an electrical machine. Which accept data via input device, process data via process device and gives out data via output device. 

1. Accept – Typing and Scanning.
2. 2.      Process – C.P.U, Processing
3. 3.      Output – Printing and E-mailing.

PART OF A COMPUTER

1.       Input device

2.       Processing device

3.       Output device

INPUT DEVICE

This is device that gets data into the processing unit for the output to work with. e.g keyboard ,mouse, scanner, joystick and light pen, USB,C.D and DVD, Microphone.

PROCESSING DEVICE

Processing devices serves as intermediary for input and output. It is the central processing unit =C.P.U it comprises of the memory, mother board, power park, hard disk, C.D, or D.V.D drive, floppy disk drive  and lots more.

OUTPUT DEVICE

This is the main result giver of the work that input has sent to the processor. This is such as the monitor, printer, speaker, E-mail message.

USING YOUR COMPUTER

It is said and to be believed that your computer should be on every second to allow efficient work and to enjoy your computer work.

  Without electricity your computer cannot function. If you are using a uninterrupted power  supply that is also been charged with electricity, let look into the aspect of a laptop that have a assess of a battery without it been charged with electricity it will also not function. So you should   have that in mind that when you are referring to your computer or defining it, make sure you start with that sentence it an electronic devices.

FILE AND FILE TYPES

·         CDR  Corel draw

·         JPG For photo

·         WMA For music window media application

·         GIF For photo or animation

·         PT  For power point presentation

·         M.S For micro soft  document

·         And lots more

N.B That WMA can’t be open and corel draw which is CDR that is what you should understand there

Like wise m.s cant open on power point which is pt file.

That is what you should understand with files and file type

RECYCLE BIN

Its a folder that keeps deleted items to it self for restoration or complete delete.

So you should understand that when you delete any folder or file you can refill restore it form the recycle bin or delete it totally.

SAVING YOUR FILE WITH EXTENSION

Saving with extension simply means saving document in to two or more folder.

After you have saved your work into a folder before, you can also save into another folder by using your ‘’save as’’ option in your office button or in file on any package apart from Microsoft you will surely save ‘’save as’’ on the drop down below save itself.

FUNCTION KEY

This are the f1 to f2 on your keyboard before your computer gets to the window it may ask you to press ‘’f1 to boot or ‘’f2’’ to boot as well ‘’f12’’ to enter setup or ‘’f9’’ and most computer do use ‘’f10’’ to save changes when you are through with setup

to give comments you will need a google account, so why not follow steps on how to create a google account here too, coz you will have the previllegde to ask questions and you get answers too, very easy that will be on the next blog
